As an Account Executive at iT1, you’ll be tasked with becoming a key partner in our sales processes. Our Account Executives are often one of the main points of contact between us and our customers and are critical in helping those customers achieve their IT goals. If you pride yourself in the customer service you provide and the relationships you develop, and have the skills and multi-tasking ability to handle all that comes your way, then read on to see if this position is for you.
- Alongside with Senior Account Executives, handle all daily functions of managing buying accounts
- Provide stellar customer service that exceeds expectations
- Help identify proper products or solutions based on customer’s specific needs and desired outcomes
- Work with our channel and distribution partners to secure best pricing, deal registrations and to resolve any issues that may arise
- Build accurate sales quotes based on specifications received from our customers
- Work within our internal systems to place orders, track shipments and research product specs and availability
- Assist in the accounts receivable process
- A positive attitude and great work ethic
- The understanding that customer service is the most important thing we provide
- Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Basic understanding of technology and how it impacts our customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong computer skills to adapt to and operate within various platforms you will interact with
